Steve Boothe, chapter president, made a special certificate presentation to Wanda Hall and family, in memory of her late husband, Don Hall, SAR member, who passed away in early September.īoothe conducted a member induction ceremony. Downing also noted that New York state now has some 1,200 SAR members. Downing talked about SAR members giving presentations, in period costume, in public schools at the seventh-grade level, emphasizing reviews of their Revolutionary War ancestors.
